TRIMS
is ready for Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit Editions).
Dynamic
Lookup Lists added as a Workstation Option. As you type in the
yellow lookup fields, a drop down window will appear to show items
that closely match the typed data.
Auto
Update Function now displays the details of all TRIMS updates
currently available.

INVENTORY & PURCHASE ORDERS
Software Option Restricts
Inventory Editing to Administrator Only. If this
option is checked and the TRIMS Password System is Active, only
the TRIMS Administrator will be allowed to make changes to
existing stock quantities or pricing on the Inventory - Add/Edit
Screen.
Purchase
Orders - An Attached Documents Tab has been added.
Now you can attach pictures, scanned invoices, etc. or other
reference information to your Purchase Orders.
Inventory
Valuation Report now has an option to Show On-Hand Quantity as
of the Report Date and the ability to Show or Suppress Inventory
Item Detail when reporting by Inventory Classification.
FUEL INVENTORY
Fuel Pump/Fuel
Type can be automatically determined by Equipment Type when
recording a new pump ticket.
Pump
Tickets for vehicle fuel purchased at retail fuel outlets (gas
stations) can now be recorded without affecting Fuel Inventory.
PERSONNEL & LABOR
Employee -
Add/Edit Screen - An Attached Documents Tab has been added to
allow pictures or any other scanned documents to be attached to
an employee record.
Employee
Training Report can now be sent by email to a Supervisor or
Employee for notification of upcoming training.

PM Schedule Table now highlights items DUE
or SCHEDULED.
