Using RapidAssist and the Internet, the TRIMS Support Technician can see your computer, watch exactly what you are doing and show you how to solve most any problem. With your permission, the technician can take control of your computer to quickly diagnose system problems. With RapidAssist resolution of technical problems is now easier than ever.
RapidAssist also allows us to provide one-on-one training and live demonstrations of the TRIMS software capability.
RapidAssist is a standard feature of TRIMS that is provided at no additional charge as part of the TRIMS Annual Support & Update Policy.
