The Equipment Browse Table displays property numbers, equipment descriptions and year-to-date operational and maintenance costs.

You may define tractors, mowers, buildings, pump stations, and sections of your grounds as Equipment to provide full maintenance tracking of all property included in the Equipment & Property File.

Equipment or Property that has a preventative maintenance schedule setup will show a  in the PM Column.

Equipment or Property that is due or scheduled for a service activity will show a or a  in the PM Column.

Equipment or Property will show in the PM Column as a notification of unlogged usage.

The Equipment/Property Browse Table will highlight items in Red Italics if leased Equipment Usage exceeds Lease Usage Limit for the Year or Lifetime.
