The Budgets
& Expenses Browse Table displays budget/expense account
numbers, account descriptions and current period balances
contained within the Budget/Expense File. Accounts can be
listed by account number, sequence number or description.
Expense accounts with balances that
EXCEED
the Annual or Monthly Budget
will
appear highlighted in
red.
Information on a specific account is viewed or edited by
placing the scroll bar on the account and clicking on the
Magnifier
tool.
