• High-Speed
laser bar code scan engine is built right
into the LT5000 TriCoder Portable Reader.
The scanner is activated by pushing Scan
button below the LCD display or by the
Trigger on the gun handle. The laser engine
scans at 100 scans per second making it
possible to read even poorly printed or
damaged bar codes easily.
• Typical Scan
range is 15" away from a 100% UPC code
or 10mil Code 39 barcode (range depends on
bar code density and type)
• Since the
scanner is built-in to the housing,
one-handed scanning is easy and the unit is
very portable
